Over the years, The Monitoring Association (TMA) has done yeoman’s work helping the alarm monitoring side of the security industry improve its practices. SIAC strongly supports their efforts, and we wanted to publicize a recent announcement for their “Excellence Awards.”
The awards are set up to recognize best practices in a variety of categories. In short, it’s about companies and individuals improving. That’s something we strongly believe in at SIAC. If a monitoring company is improving is operations, that typically means its alarm management practices also improve.
The awards are co-sponsored by SDM Magazine, which will publish a story on these accomplishments in their August issue. Stay tuned. Here they are:
