Would you like your company to be part of a front-page feature in Security Sales and Integration Magazine? The Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC) has streamlined the process for applying for this prestigious honor.

“Everybody wants to work for a winner. We used the award to congratulate our hard-working team whose dedication to our business and customers allowed us to win,” said Timothy M. Creenan, owner and Chief Executive Officer of Amherst Alarm, Inc. which earned the award in 2016.  “We include mention of the award in our recruiting efforts as well. People like to be associated with winners and put a great value on awards.

“Based on the time it took to enter the PDQ award and in light of the positive publicity we received, we obtained an excellent return on our investment.

“Mentioning the award in a sales presentation provides a perfect opportunity to further differentiate the value proposition of working with our company.”

“We are looking for companies that exemplify an all-out-effort to reduce false alarms by promoting cooperative best practices, such as Enhanced Call Confirmation (ECC) as well as training customers and working closely with law enforcement,” said Stan Martin, SIAC executive director.

The PDQ award is sponsored by the Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC), the Partnership for Priority Verified Alarm Response (PPVAR), Security Sales and Integration Magazineand the IQ Certification Program.

Applications are being accepted in three categories: 1) Full-service integrators that have in-house monitoring, 2) Integrators that use a third-party monitoring service provider, and 3) Contract monitoring providers that do not have any accounts they provide service for.

The award application can be found at siacinc.org. Deadline for submissions is July 31, 2020.
