Please join us in welcoming Akash Sah to SIAC’s Board of Directors. He was appointed by SIA as one of two representatives to our Board, joining Holly Borgmann from ADT. SIAC Board has two representatives from ESA, TMA, SIA and CANASA. each appointed by their respective association. Akash is an executive with Brink’s Home Security.
We are excited to have him join the SIAC team, and know that he is excited to join our effort improving alarm management practices across the U.S. and building strong relationships with law enforcement and local officials. He has been with Brink’s in the electronic security field the past two years.
We believe his strong background in developing strategies, leading teams and maximizing the use of resources will help in the direction of our activities in the coming years. Akash has an innovative approach to problem solving that should also serve our team well. He brings sound analytical skills, collaborate leadership and keen business acumen to the SIAC Board.
Having additional national perspective on our Board allows us to take a broader picture as we develop improved solutions to local communities. The big picture view is critical for us as we continue our drive towards unique and creative problem-solving techniques that can be adapted quickly and easily across the country.
